Noguchi Ken completed his graduate studies in Fine Art and Craft at Kanazawa College of Art and later graduated from the Kanazawa Utatsuyama Kogei Kobo.
Drawn to the luminous surface and sculptural qualities of urushi, he continues to explore its expressive potential through a direct engagement with natural materials. Working primarily with the dry lacquer technique, he creates both functional lacquerware and three-dimensional works.
